Ready for another cleanse

The 21-day cleanse (which I did already 4 months ago) was wonderful. It was much easier than I expected. I never got hungry, never craved anything, and actually felt like I could have kept going, unlike other cleanses where I would be ravenous and hallucinating food by the last day.
It was great to wear my "skinny jeans" again too, and feel comfortable in a pair of shorts in the hot summer weather.

I wish Standard Process didn't recommend this cleanse only once a year, because I would love to do it again this winter. Of the 13 pounds that came off, 5 crept back. My bad. But I don't eat just fruits and vegetables so I figured the entire weight loss was not going to be permament. And it was a fringe benefit, not the main reason for the cleanse. A good cleanse needs to be part of a maintenance regimen. So I am in search of a winter cleanse now; the 10-night cleanse in the Celtic Sea Salt catalog looked interesting. And it would be nice to shed those 5 pounds that crept back too.
