Detox Blog

I've been doing some research about detox diet plans which utilize only organic raw foods. Usually a detox plan will bring to mind colon cleansers, strong herbs, pills, and dietary aides that are outside of the ordinary daily diet. But a detox is a natural process; the body does it every day as it can, if we give it the materials it needs. Raw foods can help nourish and cleanse because they have not been altered in any way by cooking or heat. Certain raw foods, especially fibrous vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli, are great at scraping sticky waste from the intestinal walls. Same for whole grains like millet and brown rice, to name a few. I will add some pages to the website when I complete my research. More to come later!
